PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT POLICY
Respecting the knowledge of the Political Constitution of Colombia that establishes the right that all people have to know, update and rectify the information that exists about them in databases or files of public or private entities. Likewise, it orders those who have Personal Data of third parties to respect the rights and guarantees provided in the Constitution when this type of information is collected, processed and circulated.
At Alegría Macarena we are committed to complying with the regulations regarding the protection of Personal Data and respecting the rights of the Information Holders. For this reason, we adopt this Personal Data Treatment Policy Mandatory application in all activities that involve the Processing of Personal Data and mandatory compliance by Alegría Macarena and its Collaborators.
PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Only the Personal Data that are strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes of the Treatment should be collected, in such a way that the registration and disclosure of data that are not closely related to the purpose of the Treatment is prohibited. Consequently, every reasonable effort should be made to limit the processing of Personal Data to the minimum necessary. That is, the data must be: (i) adequate, (ii) relevant and (iii) consistent with the purposes for which they were provided.
II. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data will be kept only for the reasonable time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Treatment and the legal requirements or instructions of the surveillance and control authorities or other competent authorities. The data will be kept when it is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal or contractual obligation. To determine the term of the Treatment, the rules applicable to each purpose and the administrative, accounting, fiscal, legal and historical aspects of the information will be considered.
TREATMENT TO WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA AND THE PURPOSE OF THE SAME WILL BE SUBMITTED
The Processing of Personal Data may be carried out through physical, automated or digital means according to the type and form of information collection.
Carry out marketing activities, invitations to events or inform the Client of promotions.
The data that is collected or stored about Alegría Macarena Clients through the completion of forms will be stored and reviewed in a pertinent manner only by Alegría Macarena Collaborators.
The data collected will be used for the prior Marketing study (Brief) in order to fully understand the client's needs and determine how Alegría Macarena, through the services offered, can help the Client to achieve their objectives.
Know, store and process all the information provided by the Data Holders in one or more databases, in the format it deems most convenient for subsequent analysis.
